1. Sister Bay Beach

2. Point Beach State Forest

Point Beach State Forest provides for a perfect day trip while visiting East Wisconsin! Whether in the Summer or Winter, Point Beach State Forest is open year-round for hikers, campers, swimmers, and any other curious travelers! Additional trails and camping spaces are available for all visitors, but be sure to book for camping ahead of time as spaces are limited.

 


 

3. Harrington Beach State Park

Boasting an impressive space of 715-acre, Harrington Beach State Park hosts plenty of exciting elements for everyone to enjoy! Miles of trails, a mile-long lakefront, events for a local observatory, the renowned Quarry Lake, and plenty of private campsites all promote the region's wildlife! The only concern we have is that the parking for the beacj is very minimal, requiring some walking between the main parking lot and the beach.

A lively and pleasant locale, Racine North Beach is recognized as our number four pick as well as the fourth best freshwater beach in the US! Year-round accessibility and plenty of events throughout the summer offer more than enough to enjoy on-site! If you are planning to visist after August or before June, be aware that there are no lifeguards on duty between these off-season months.

Wisconsin Point is known for its hiking experiences, historical lighthouse and Chippewa burial ground, and mixture of hunting/wildlife observation activities! Be sure to bring your furry friends as well since pets are welcome to join in when visiting!
